So if you are tired of replacing the wheel bearings on your machine – we have the answer. Wheel bearings for ATV’S and UTV’S do not come with enough grease in them, leaving voids for water and dirt to enter and remain in the bearings. Machined Integrations has developed a wheel bearing greaser tool that allows you to add grease to the bearings. Once your 1/2 shaft is out, or have a new bearing on your bench, simply push the greaser into the bearing, pump it full of grease until the grease is seen coming out of the sides of the bearing, and pull the tool back out.

Our port technology assures proper and even distribution when supplying grease to your bearings. A simple, yet effective, self sealing, one-part tool – no extra parts to potentially lose.

We’ve had customers report back that they were able to add 30 shots of grease into a bearing before anything comes out.

Use these as preventative maintenance on your existing bearings. If you have water in your current bearings, you may see water being evacuated when grease is being added.
